Job Summary:
Provides professional occupational therapy services within a hospital or rehabilitation setting to assist patients in achieving their functional goals. Delivers assessments, treatment plans, and therapy interventions across inpatient and outpatient care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Deliver therapy services primarily in SNF/inpatient settings, with outpatient interventions as needed.
• Utilize medical equipment and electronic health records, specifically Meditech EMR, to document patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient rehabilitation.
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, to support 24/7 service requirements.
• Maintain compliance with all licensing, certifications, and hospital policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Hawaii Occupational Therapy License prior to start date.
• Minimum of 6 months' experience working with adult populations in acute, SNF, rehab, or outpatient settings.
• Possess current BLS certification.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using EMR systems such as Meditech.
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
