Job Summary:
Provide occupational therapy services to help patients improve their daily living and functional skills. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive needs to determine appropriate therapy interventions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with patients' goals.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and activities to promote functional independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and strategies to support recovery and health maintenance.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with established healthcare regulations and facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid occupational therapist license or registration in the state.
• Demonstrate minimum of one-year outpatient or inpatient therapy experience.
• Possess strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and patient engagement abilities.
• Maintain current CPR and first aid certifications.
• Be flexible to work a 32-hour week, five days per week.
