Job Summary:

Seeking experienced Registered Nurses to fill Medical Surgical/Tele units in a hospital setting. Candidates must meet all compliance and experience requirements for a smooth onboarding process and successful placement.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients, monitoring vital signs and assessing patient conditions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies following physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic health record system.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and update individualized care plans.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies, ensuring safety and quality care.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain compliance with facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license in the state or a compact license.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in medical-surgical or telemetry units.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Cerner or similar Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• Be willing to work 12-hour day shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Be U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S., with no restrictions on travel compliance.
• Have current vaccinations and be prepared to submit immunization records.
