Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to oncology patients in a fast-paced, tertiary care environment. Deliver evidence-based interventions, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient health status and identify care needs related to oncology treatments.
• Administer chemotherapy, medications, and supportive therapies following established protocols.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, side effects, and self-care strategies.
• Document patient progress and coordinate care with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor for adverse reactions and promptly respond to emergencies or changes in patient condition.
• Adhere to safety standards, infection control procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of oncology nursing experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex patient cases and respond effectively to emergencies.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
• Knowledge of chemotherapy administration and supportive care protocols.
• BLS certification required; ACLS accreditation preferred.
