Job Summary:

Seeking a qualified CT Tech to provide diagnostic imaging services in a busy hospital and outpatient setting. The role involves operating CT imaging equipment to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT scans for adult, pediatric, neonatal, and geriatric patients in accordance with physician orders.
• Operate imaging equipment while adhering to safety protocols and radiation safety standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures using electronic medical records, preferably Epic.
• Rotate between inpatient hospital and outpatient center, with most work at the outpatient facility.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
• Comply with all certification, licensing, and hospital policies, including trauma and stroke center requirements.

Qualifications:

• Possess at least one year of recent CT imaging experience in a hospital or outpatient setting.
• Certified as a radiologic technologist with ARRT CT credentials.
• Able to operate imaging equipment responsibly and maintain safety standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of trauma, stroke, and Level I trauma center protocols.
• Hold a valid state license to practice CT imaging (pending licenses accepted).
• Complete all required modules and certifications prior to start date, including ED trauma experience and relevant healthcare certifications.
