Job Summary:
Provide high-quality nursing care to emergency department patients during evening and nighttime shifts. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and timely treatment while adhering to hospital protocols and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize patient conditions upon arrival.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
• Document patient care accurately within the T-system charting system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge instructions and health management.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with hospital policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license in the relevant state.
• Possess previous emergency room nursing experience, including travel assignments.
• Comfortable working with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 3:1 during shifts.
• Adaptable to flexible orientation hours and various shift schedules.
• Proficient in using T-system electronic charting.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
