Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join the Operating Room team, providing perioperative patient care across a variety of surgical specialties. The RN will be responsible for assisting during surgeries, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining sterile environments.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms and equipment for scheduled surgical cases.
• Assist surgeons and surgical staff as a scrub nurse during procedures.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to intraoperative needs.
• Document all perioperative care details accurately in the EMR system.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain sterile technique throughout procedures.
• Support coverage for call shifts, including rotating weekday and weekend on-call duties.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license with active certification.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Preferably a strong background in operating room nursing.
• Experience in scrub roles and intraoperative patient care preferred.
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR system is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and respond to call within 30 minutes.
