Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical condition and develop tailored therapy programs.
• Implement treatment plans using various physical therapy techniques.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and recovery strategies.
• Communicate progress and collaborate with healthcare team members.
• Adapt therapy approaches based on patient responses and feedback.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment sessions.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Physical Therapist license.
• Demonstrate flexibility and open-mindedness within a community-focused environment.
• Experience working in outpatient settings preferred.
• Ability to treat a wide range of patients with diverse needs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
