Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered rehabilitation services across various hospital departments. The therapist will assess, develop, and implement treatment plans to improve patient functional outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical and mental health status to determine appropriate therapies.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient needs and clinical guidelines.
• Administer rehabilitative techniques and therapeutic interventions effectively.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient progress accurately and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on therapy goals and post-discharge exercises.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid occupational therapy license in the state of practice.
• Possess current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Have at least one year of experience in hospital-based rehabilitation.
• Demonstrate strong assessment and patient management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including daytime and weekend shifts.
• Maintain CPR certification and adhere to clinical safety standards.
