Job Summary:
Perform diagnostic imaging procedures in the CT specialty, ensuring high-quality patient care and accurate diagnostic results. The role requires certification, licensure, and proficiency with various imaging software.

Responsibilities:

• Operate computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce detailed cross-sectional images.
• Inject contrast media following NYS licensure and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within EMR, RIS, HIS, PACS, and modality-specific software.
• Ensure compliance with continuing education requirements for ARRT certification.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to deliver optimal patient care.
• Adhere to facility policies and safety standards during procedures.

Qualifications:

• Hold a High School Diploma or GED.
• Graduate from an accredited Radiography program.
• Possess NY State licensure in Radiography and certification to inject contrast media.
• Certified by ARRT in Radiography and Computed Tomography.
• Minimum 1-year recent experience in CT imaging preferred.
• Proficient in EMR, RIS, HIS, PACS, and modality-specific software.
