Job Summary:


Seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality inpatient and outpatient therapy services. The ideal candidate will meet state licensing requirements and hold additional certifications as needed to ensure optimal patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients to determine their therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to inpatient and outpatient populations.
  
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy strategies accordingly to achieve desired outcomes.
  
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and optimize patient recovery.
  
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all patient interactions and clinical notes.
  
• Adhere to professional standards, including certifying required credentials upon hire.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Occupational Therapist license within the state of Nebraska.
  
• Possess a current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
  
• Demonstrate excellent clinical assessment and therapeutic skills.
  
• Exhibit strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
