Job Summary:
Provides comprehensive nursing care within an outpatient clinic setting, supporting physicians and healthcare staff to deliver high-quality patient services. Ensures efficient clinic operations, maintains clinical standards, and fosters a safe environment for patients and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver clinical nursing services, collaborating with providers and staff to ensure optimal patient care.
• Supervise clinic activities, including front desk operations and patient flow management.
• Maintain medication inventory and supply levels, including tracking and restocking supplies outside the Warehouse PAR system.
• Perform quality control checks for Point of Care testing and document all patient care accurately and promptly.
• Oversee clinic opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with operational standards.
• Communicate effectively with departments and team members to support efficient workflows and patient needs.

Qualifications:

• Possess a current, full, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Alaska or another U.S. state; application for Alaska license required prior to start for direct hire.
• Hold a valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Demonstrate clinical competency within 3 months of hire and every three years thereafter.
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care nursing experience preferred.
• Have strong assessment, specimen collection, and equipment use skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication, multi-tasking, and team collaboration abilities.
