Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment, offering a guaranteed 30 hours per week. This role requires immediate placement and involves providing patient-centered therapy services in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients to determine appropriate treatment plans and goals.
• Develop and implement evidence-based therapy programs tailored to individual needs.
• Document patient progress and modify therapy interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and safety measures.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active and valid Physical Therapist license.
• Proven experience in applying clinical therapies across diverse patient populations.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday, as scheduled.
• Demonstrate flexibility to start immediately and adapt to varied patient needs.
