Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must have strong clinical skills, adhere to safety standards, and work effectively within a team.

Responsibilities:

• Administer emergency care to patients within the ER setting while following physician orders and clinical protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs, assess symptoms, and document findings accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety regulations, and infection control procedures.
• Manage patient flow efficiently, prioritize urgent cases, and provide emotional support to patients and families.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state nursing license and current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Possess at least 5 years of ER nursing experience with demonstrated ability in trauma and acute care.
• Have Epic electronic charting experience or similar EHR proficiency.
• Be able to work every other weekend in night shifts (3x12-hour shifts from 18:30 to 6:00).
• Be located within 50 miles of the facility or be classified as a local candidate.
