Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN for night shift coverage. This role requires providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ER environment during overnight hours.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, prioritize, and deliver urgent care to emergency patients
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and protocols
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records
• Comply with all safety, clinical, and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid California RN license
• Possess at least 3 years of ER nursing experience
• Have a minimum of 3 months recent experience in emergency care
• Maintain current certifications: ACLS, PALS, and NRP
• Demonstrate excellent clinical and communication skills
