Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive care in a rural community acute care hospital specializing in Medical Surgical - Pediatric services. This role involves night shifts with support from tele-intensivists and occasional charge responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to pediatric and adult patients in a fast-paced hospital setting.
• Monitor patient conditions and implement appropriate interventions promptly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and modify care plans.
• Assist with pediatric admissions and maintain accurate documentation.
• Perform charge nurse duties occasionally to coordinate patient care and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with BLS and PALS certification requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold current RN license in applicable state.
• Successfully obtain and maintain BLS and PALS certifications.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Prior experience in Medical Surgical or Pediatric nursing preferred.
• Bilingual skills are advantageous but not required.
• Capable of working night shift hours effectively.
