Job Summary:
The Operating Room Circulator is responsible for coordinating and supporting surgical procedures in a high-volume OR environment. They ensure patient safety, assist surgical teams, and manage instrument and equipment needs throughout procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate surgical activities and support the surgical team during procedures.
• Ensure proper sterilization and handling of surgical instruments and equipment.
• Monitor patient status and respond to intraoperative needs.
• Assist with patient positioning, prepping, and documentation.
• Maintain compliance with safety, sterilization, and hospital protocols.
• Float to other campuses as needed and assume room-running duties when required.

Qualifications:

• Possess current AHBD, AHSBBLS, and ACLS certifications.
• Have experience with Vinci robotic surgeries, Mako robotic knees and hips, orthopedics including spine, anterior and posterior approaches.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of OR protocols and patient safety standards.
• Be flexible for variable shift hours, including weekdays and weekends.
• Be capable of adapting to different OR environments and team dynamics.
