Job Summary:
Provide specialized inpatient rehabilitation therapy to patients, focusing on restoring mobility, strength, and function. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for each patient.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ condition and establish individualized therapy goals.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic routines and post-discharge care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with facility policies.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess at least 2 years of outpatient or inpatient therapy experience.
• Demonstrate strong assessment and clinical skills in inpatient rehab settings.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Be willing to work 13-week travel assignments, including weekends and holidays in rotation.
• Maintain CPR certification and adhere to industry standards.
