Job Summary:

Seeking a highly qualified Registered Nurse with PACU experience to provide specialized post-anesthesia care on a travel basis. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, EPIC system proficiency, and the ability to adapt to varied unit needs.

Responsibilities:

• Administer post-operative care to PACU patients, monitoring vital signs and clinical status.
• Utilize EPIC electronic health records to document patient observations and interventions accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure safe patient recovery and timely discharge.
• Maintain compliance with facility protocols, dress code, and infection control standards.
• Adapt to floating between units as needed, demonstrating flexibility and clinical competency.
• Ensure patient safety through vigilant monitoring and prompt response to emergencies.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license, eligible for review with pending state licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years of PACU experience in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• EPIC EMR proficiency required.
• Ability to work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to commit to a 13-week travel assignment starting May 31, 2026.
