Job Summary:
Seeking skilled CNAs for a challenging 8-week EPIC conversion project. The role requires prior experience with EPIC and Cerner systems, offering an opportunity to work on a critical hospital system upgrade.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the EPIC system conversion process by providing hands-on support and data entry.
• Collaborate with clinical staff during the transition to ensure seamless workflow.
• Adhere to project timelines and ensure compliance with all clinical documentation standards.
• Maintain proficiency with Cerner and EPIC platforms, supporting end-user training if applicable.
• Document and report system issues or discrepancies promptly to project management.

Qualifications:

• Valid CA CNA license required.
• Minimum of 6 months recent EPIC experience within the last 12 months.
• Proven proficiency with both Epic and Cerner electronic health record systems.
• Demonstrated ability to start by 8/24/26 with orientation dates on 8/3 or 8/17.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
