Job Summary:

Seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician to support an EPIC conversion project on a short-term contract. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Epic and Cerner systems, inpatient clinical pharmacy background, and relevant licensure.

Responsibilities:

• Administer pharmaceutical services within inpatient clinical settings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with pharmacy and healthcare teams to facilitate Epic and Cerner system conversions.
• Maintain proficiency with electronic health record systems, demonstrating strong technical competence.
• Support medication distribution, inventory management, and documentation processes.
• Adhere to regulatory standards, including CA licensing requirements, and document clinical activities accurately.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active CA pharmacy technician license.
• Possess Epic and Cerner electronic medical records experience, with a minimum of 6 months within the past 12 months.
• Have a pharmaceutical technician board certification (preferred).
• Preferably hold an associate’s degree and inpatient clinical pharmacy experience.
• Demonstrate at least one year of technical pharmacy experience.
• Ability to start by 8/24/26, with orientation sessions on 8/3 or 8/17.
