Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive medical-surgical nursing care to patients requiring hospitalization. Deliver high-quality, compassionate care while following established protocols and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient health status and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition promptly.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid RN license in the state of employment.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in acute care medical-surgical nursing.
• Hold current AHA BLS certification.
• Obtain NIHSS and ACLS certifications.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
