Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Medical Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse to provide top-quality patient care on a night shift. The nurse will work in a short-term acute care hospital, managing diverse patient needs with an emphasis on telemetry and dysrhythmia interpretation.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients' conditions, including telemetry and dysrhythmia management.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and compliance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient care and clinical observations accurately in Epic charting system.
• Ensure all required certifications and modules are completed prior to start.
• Participate in staff meetings and adhere to hospital policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid South Carolina or Compact RN license prior to start date.
• Have at least 2 years of recent Medical Surgical and telemetry experience.
• Possess BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications.
• Demonstrate proficiency in dysrhythmia interpretation and management.
• Able to complete all assigned training modules before the assigned start date.
• Experienced in night shift patient care within acute care settings.
