Job Summary:

Provides compassionate direct and indirect care to residents in LTC/SNF settings under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, mobility, and dressing.
• Deliver personal care and comfort measures in accordance with care plans.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Document care activities accurately and timely in accordance with facility policies.
• Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and family members to ensure quality care.
• Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures.

Qualifications:

• Current California CNA certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS certification from AHA required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
• Basic computer skills necessary for documentation and communication.
