Job Details

Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to patients in intermediate care, stepdown, and telemetry units. Monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and detect early signs of deterioration.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and their families regarding condition management and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IMC, PCU, or stepdown units.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficient in electronic medical records and clinical documentation.
