Job Summary:
Provide professional physical therapy services to patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore functional abilities. Assess patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions in line with clinical standards.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions through comprehensive assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical guidelines.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve function.
• Document patient progress, modify treatment plans, and communicate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention and home exercise programs.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid physical therapy license in the state of practice.
• Possess a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• Have at least 1 year of outpatient or inpatient physical therapy experience.
