Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT/Clinical Lab Scientist) to perform high-quality laboratory testing in a fast-paced clinical environment. The ideal candidate will have recent experience with Cerner and EPIC systems and possess strong diagnostic skills to support patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and analyze laboratory tests accurately following established protocols.
• Utilize Cerner and EPIC systems to document results and ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain quality control and assurance standards to ensure laboratory accuracy.
• Adhere to safety and compliance regulations to uphold a sterile and compliant environment.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, biological, chemical sciences, or allied health technologies.
• Possess a valid Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license in the state of employment.
• Maintain current certification from ASCP or NCA.
• Have at least 2 years’ recent experience in a similar laboratory specialty within the last 3 months.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Cerner and EPIC electronic medical records systems.
