Job Summary:
Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients with various musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions. Deliver personalized care to promote recovery and improve functional outcomes in diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies to achieve optimal clinical results.
• Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and post-treatment care.
• Document treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure comprehensive treatment.

Qualifications:

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience.
• Proficient in evaluating and managing adult, adolescent, and geriatric patients.
• Skilled in orthopedic and neuro rehabilitation techniques, including caseload management.
• Experience with NextGen EHR systems preferred.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
