Job Summary:

Provide specialized critical care nursing for ICU patients in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care while adhering to safety and clinical protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Administer advanced nursing care to ICU patients, including monitoring vital signs and managing complex medical interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation for all patient interactions.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations within the ICU and provide essential support during code blue or rapid response events.
• Comply with all hospital policies, safety standards, and accreditation requirements.
• Float between units as needed, providing critical care support in emergency or overflow situations.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license with valid credentials.
• At least two years of ICU experience in a hospital setting.
• Possess current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities.
• CCRN certification encouraged but not required.
• Show excellent communication and teamwork skills.
