Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Medical Assistant with proven clinical skills to support daily healthcare operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong documentation abilities and a commitment to patient care excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Perform clinical tasks including lab work, specimen collection, and basic procedures.
• Document patient information accurately using electronic health records, with Epic experience preferred.
• Assist providers during exams and procedures to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Prepare exam rooms and ensure all supplies and equipment are sterile and ready.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including BLS certification and infection control standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Medical Assistant certification; certification highly preferred.
• Possess at least 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Demonstrate proficiency in charting and documentation, especially in Epic.
• Maintain current BLS certification through AHA or American Red Cross.
• Have a valid State License for medical assisting (if applicable).
• Be available to work weekends, with a flexible day shift schedule.
