Job Summary:

Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill neonates in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The RN will monitor and support neonatal patients requiring complex medical and surgical interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Assess the condition of neonatal patients and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and support therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs, utilize specialized equipment such as cardiac monitors and warmer beds.
• Collaborate with medical teams and families to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient status and interventions.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards for neonatal care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid and current RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a NICU or Level III Neonatal ICU.
• Require certification in AHA BLS and NRP.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using ophthalmic imaging systems, cardiac monitors, and warming beds.
• Possess excellent assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
