Job Summary:
Provide specialized critical care nursing services in a General Medical-Surgical ICU setting, delivering high-quality patient care to critically ill adults. Utilize clinical expertise to monitor, assess, and respond to patient needs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer advanced nursing interventions to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record system.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in an ICU setting, preferably in a general medical-surgical unit.
• Current AHA BLS certification.
• ACLS certification required; CCRN and NIHSS preferred.
• Proficient in using Cerner electronic health records system.
