Job Summary:
Provides comprehensive nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical setting, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal health outcomes. Manages patient assessments, treatments, and interventions in collaboration with healthcare teams during assigned shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments following established protocols.
• Monitor patient progress, document findings, and communicate changes to the medical team.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies, providing skilled interventions.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and health management.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with applicable state credentials.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent medical-surgical nursing experience.
• Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, monitoring, and intervention.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and remain adaptable.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
