Job Summary:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a medical-surgical setting during night shifts. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and effective treatment through skilled clinical interventions and collaboration with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions promptly upon shift start and monitor changes throughout the shift.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with physician orders and nursing protocols.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately in electronic medical records.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care, medication management, and health maintenance.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and improve outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory, safety, and healthcare standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid and current RN license from an accredited nursing board.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a medical-surgical unit.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively during night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• CPR and BLS certifications required.
• Excellent communication and patient-focused care approach.
