Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Med/Surg Tele RN to provide specialized patient care at a prominent hospital. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, with potential to float to other units including J1-2, J33, and ED to support patient needs.

Responsibilities:

• Administer comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients.
• Monitor and interpret ECG rhythms, respond to abnormal findings promptly.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and compliance protocols.
• Complete all required orientation assessments, including ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate.

Qualifications:

• Hold a minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Possess at least 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty prior to travel assignment.
• Maintain a valid Ohio license or a compact state license in-hand.
• Be certified in American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
• Demonstrate proficiency in ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety assessments.
• Be willing to work at least every other holiday.
