Job Summary:
Seeking a Medical Laboratory Technologist to perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in a clinical setting. This role supports patient diagnosis and treatment through accurate and timely lab analyses in a rural high-altitude environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and analyze a variety of laboratory tests following established protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all test results and quality control measures.
• Calibrate and operate laboratory equipment ensuring proper functioning.
• Adhere to safety and regulatory standards to ensure a compliant laboratory environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver accurate diagnostic information.
• Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels of laboratory supplies.

Qualifications:

• Strongly prefer ASCP certification or equivalent credential.
• Demonstrate proficiency in performing diverse laboratory tests and techniques.
• Possess a minimum of 1-2 years of clinical laboratory experience.
• Exhibit excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Capable of working 12-hour night shifts and maintaining accuracy under time constraints.
• Hold current, valid clinical laboratory licensure or certification as required.
