Job Summary:

Seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse with ICU specialization to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical expertise and the ability to adapt to dynamic healthcare settings.

Responsibilities:

• Administer intensive care treatments and monitor critically ill patients closely.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately using electronic charting systems.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and clinical protocols.
• Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans and ongoing care.
• Participate in on-call rotations and ensure readiness for emergency situations.

Qualifications:

• Valid state RN license required at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience in a hospital setting.
• Current AHA certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS in hand at the time of application.
• Demonstrated experience with Epic or comparable charting systems; specific Epic experience preferred.
• Ability to work 3x12 hour day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) and cover every other weekend.
• Must be able to travel within 50 miles for local assignments; out-of-town candidates considered at local rate.
