Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide specialized patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment. The role involves delivering high-quality nursing services, managing complex patients, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Administer patient care according to established protocols and clinical standards.
• Monitor patient conditions, interpret vital signs, and respond swiftly to changes in status.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and progress using Epic or equivalent charting systems.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and update individualized care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing, certification, and travel requirements, including ACLS, BLS, and PALS.
• Participate in ongoing training modules and maintain up-to-date certifications as required.

Qualifications:

• Hold a BSN degree and a valid state RN license.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years’ ICU experience in a critical care setting.
• Certification in ACLS, BLS, and PALS from AHA, with certifications current and in-hand at submission.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Epic charting or similar EHR systems.
• Be available for day shift (3x12 hours), including every other weekend, with on-call responsibilities based on census.
• Comply with travel policies, including approved RTO and background checks, including no history of DUIs or background hits.
