Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the IMC/PCU/Stepdown unit, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through skilled clinical practice and compassionate support. Monitor patient status, administer treatments, and collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions regularly and document vital signs and clinical observations.
• Implement care plans in accordance with physician orders and patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and post-discharge instructions.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid and current RN license.
• Possess at least 2 years of recent experience in medical-surgical, stepdown, or similar units.
• Demonstrate excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Exhibit strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Maintain current BLS and ACLS certifications.
