Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in the IMC/PCU/Stepdown unit. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills and patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders.
• Monitor vital signs and observe changes in patient status.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient care and interventions.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license with active state registration.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure healthcare setting.
