Job Summary:
Provides urgent patient care in the emergency room setting, ensuring rapid assessment and treatment of incoming patients. Delivers high-quality nursing services while adhering to hospital protocols and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize patient conditions upon arrival to determine immediate needs.
• Administer treatments, medications, and emergency interventions as per physician directives.
• Document patient information accurately in the Cerner electronic health record system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license required to practice professionally.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications mandatory.
• Minimum of clinical experience with Cerner electronic health records required; Epic experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to handle fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
