Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to patients in the IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and recovery. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality clinical services tailored to patient needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor vital signs and detect changes in patient status promptly.
• Document patient progress and interventions accurately.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Demonstrate experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units.
• Possess strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and patient advocacy abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards and protocols.
