Job Summary:
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units, ensuring patient safety and comfort while collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs, observe changes, and document clinical findings.
• Assist with patient assessments and contribute to care planning.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment procedures and post-discharge care.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and escalate urgent issues to healthcare providers.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a sterile environment.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid Registered Nurse license.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units.
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills in patient assessment and intervention.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Maintain current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to work every other or every third holiday as required.
