Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive outpatient rehabilitative therapy to patients with orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and oncology diagnoses. Deliver individualized treatment plans to improve functional mobility and quality of life within a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop tailored therapy programs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual patient needs.
• Document patient progress, modify treatment plans as necessary, and ensure compliance with clinical standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
• Adhere to all facility policies, including compliance, safety protocols, and documentation requirements.
• Participate in ongoing training modules and clinical education during orientation.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Georgia state license in Physical Therapy.
• Possess at least 1 year of outpatient therapy experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in managing orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and oncology patient populations.
• Be able to work without call responsibilities, with flexible floating within scope of practice.
• Maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
