Job Summary:

Seeking a experienced Labor & Delivery RN to provide exceptional care during night shifts. This role requires qualified candidates to meet specific certification and travel distance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive labor and delivery nursing care to patients throughout the night shift.
  
• Administer medications, monitor fetal and maternal vital signs, and support birthing processes.
  
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in electronic medical records.
  
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and hospital policies during patient interactions.
  
• Assist with postpartum care and patient education as needed.

Qualifications:

• Possess at least 2 years of recent labor and delivery nursing experience.
  
• Hold current ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate certifications.
  
• Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility to qualify for travel.
  
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and patient advocacy skills.
  
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
