Job Summary:

Seeking a Senior Pharmacist to provide expert pharmaceutical services in a hospital setting. The role involves ensuring medication safety, compliance, and efficient pharmacy operations during variable shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient medication therapies.
• Monitor, manage, and document medication inventories and regulatory compliance.
• Provide guidance and support to pharmacy technicians and staff.
• Maintain accurate records, including start date, RTO, birthdate, and SSN, as required.
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, including Epic system utilization when applicable.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid pharmacy degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Possess at least two years of technical pharmacy experience.
• Have two or more years of clinical pharmacist experience in a regulatory-focused area.
• Demonstrate hospital pharmacy experience within the past year.
• Epic experience preferred and highly regarded.
• Board certification (BCPS) preferred but not mandatory.
