Job Summary:
Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients at multiple hospital locations in Tampa and Clearwater. Collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement patient rehabilitation plans, ensuring optimal recovery and mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical condition and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions using evidence-based techniques.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment protocols accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention.
• Coordinate with healthcare staff to ensure smooth patient care transitions.
• Comply with hospital policies, safety standards, and scheduled work hours.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active state-issued Physical Therapist license.
• Possess at least 1 year of clinical experience in therapy.
• Demonstrate strong assessment and patient management skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Be flexible to work in multiple hospital settings and rotating schedules.
