Job Summary:
Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation setting, ensuring optimal recovery and functional improvement. Collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Administer physical therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions aligned with patient needs and clinician guidelines.
• Document patient progress accurately and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding treatment objectives and progress.
• Maintain current licensure and certifications, adhering to licensing board requirements.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during all therapy sessions.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree obtained on or after January 2016.
• Possess valid physical therapy licensure in the practice state.
• Demonstrate at least 1 year of relevant clinical experience in a rehabilitation environment.
• Maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Have worked within the same specialized unit or therapy setting within the last three months.
