Job Summary:

Provide specialized nursing care to neonatal patients within the NICU. Float pool RN responsible for delivering high-quality, compassionate care during night shifts, adapting to various clinical environments as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Assess neonatal patients to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physician orders.
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to clinical changes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all hospital fire and life safety protocols.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid California RN license.
• Possess at least 2 years of recent NICU experience.
• Demonstrate certification in AHA BLS and ACLS.
• Complete Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS) training.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, float pool environment.
• Have current DOB, SSN, address, and middle name on record.
