Job Details

Job Summary:

Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients, working primarily during daytime hours from Monday to Friday. Responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans to improve patient mobility and quality of life in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer physical therapy interventions using appropriate techniques and equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly to achieve therapeutic goals.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to support recovery outside of sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in physical therapy or a related field.
• Possess a valid California Physical Therapist License.
• Obtain and maintain current AHA BLS Certification.
• Preferably be a member of the APTA.
• Exhibit strong communication and patient interaction skills.
